CRITICAL THINKING WITHIN EVERYDAY FUNERAL SERVICE
The presentation this year will include information on critical thinking in the practice of funeral service, which will include the explanation, benefits, and steps to use critical thinking to aid families, engage employees, and cultivate better communication within the funeral home. Using available information, a director will use reasoning, argument, and more, to cultivate his or her creativity in funeral planning and even in writing more effective obituaries. You will give examples of critical thinking using case study, scenarios, and peer questioning.
