Instructor-led Courses

Reinventing our commitment to client families that choose us. Do they really need us? Each passing year, our families' practice of disposition has changed. Only a few integral parts of funeral service have remained the same. In the last 50 years, funeral directors have witnessed a/an:

A.  Continuing growth of cremation.

B.  Consolodation and reduction of services.

C.  Reduction of embalming.

D.  Increase of memorialization products and services.

E.  Increase of merchandise sales that bypass the funeral director.

F.  Increase of government influence in everyday funeral service.

G  Shortage of qualified licensed personnel.

H.  Greater awareness of accounts receivables.

This presentation aims to help attendees understand each of these components and the steps to provide greater attention to families, increase employee retention, remodel, remarket and revalue the services that funeral directors provide.

This class has been approved for five (5) hours of Continuing Education Credit for Funeral Service and Funeral Director licensees. Licensees are now required to present their license pocket card in order to receive CE credit.

Attendees must have Funeral Service License to attend.
